I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The rooms were impressive, one of the nicest and most accommodating I've stayed in over the past year. My upgrade as a Titanium member to a balcony room/suite was a nice touch; however, I encountered an issue with the cleanliness as the rug was not cleaned properly and was wet upon my arrival. Unfortunately, my room faced a busy highway, leading to a restless night due to the loud traffic noise.

The location was perfect for my plans, near the Appalachian State University and the Schaefer Center Auditorium.
